Ty Patritto is an Engineering Project Manager at Koss Industrial, who got introduced to manufacturing in high school. From there he went to college to become a teacher, but quickly realizing that it wasn’t for him, went to tech school to become a fabricator. Since then he has had a hand in both the food and beverage industry as well as the plastics industry, with experience both on the floor and in the office.

Throughout this episode of The Manufacturing Alliance Podcast, we discuss culture, supply chain/labor shortages, transitioning from floor work to the office, the importance of empathy, and being a lifelong student!
