On the 60th episode of The Manufacturing Alliance Podcast, Christina Fuges of [MoldMaking Technology Magazine](https://www.moldmakingtechnology.com) and I sat down with Robert Vaughan from Elevate Plastics Solutions. Elevate provides solutions to struggling companies from creating and receiving the product to make sure that it is manufacturing ready. Robert’s goal is getting quality designs built to decrease hiccups in the manufacturing process. 

The future mold builder will be focusing on engineering and it is important to understand the difference between engineering ready and manufacturing ready and how each step is affecting outcome. This is why early interactions are crucial within projects to prevent failures following the progression and procedures.
